Our team is happy to join forces with other hospitals to acre for the cherished animals in our region. We are a full service practice equipped to take both emergency cases as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. If your vet recommended you see our team – welcome! We look forward to meeting you and your furry family member.

What do I need to bring with me to my pet’s appointment?

Usually noting at all – just bring yourself and your pet. We would have already received your pet’s medical info from your primary hospital. Unless we, or your original team, instructs you otherwise, there is no need to bring any other documents or items.

Who do I call after my pet’s appointment?

For the duration of your pet’s treatment course here at Ganaraska you are more than welcome to call us for any questions or concerns. We will make sure to update your primary team of your pet’s progress.

Dear Clients,

With recent changes to restrictions on businesses, we are pleased to advise that the restrictions on veterinary practices have been lifted. Based on these changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies.

1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and limited staffing, we are unable to take new clients at the moment. We sincerely appreciate your kindness, patience and understanding during this time.

2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE

We are still operating curbside only for appointments and the pickup of medication and food. Please call the office at 905.885.8151 to let us know that you have arrived and wait for further instructions. Please do not leave a message if you are in the parking lot. Continue to call until you reach a receptionist. If you do not have a cell phone, please knock on the door. Please also let us know in advance so we can note it on the appointment. We accept debit and credit as the preferred payment method, however we continue to accept cash or check!

3. OPERATING HOURS

We are OPEN with the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am - 2:00 pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
