Cancellation and No Show Policy
Ganaraska Animal Clinic is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. Due to the high demand for appointments and the tight schedule our staff runs, when a client cancels without giving advance notice, this prevents another patient from being seen. Our clinic does have a Cancelation/No-Show Policy for all medical appointments scheduled with our veterinarians.
Our goal is to provide timely care to all our patients and to respect the veterinarian’s time and our schedule. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. You can cancel over the phone with our reception team, leave a message, or send an email to email@example.com. If you cancel less than 24 hours, or the appointment is simply missed, this will be considered a late cancellation or “no-show” respectively. A $25.00 non-refundable fee will be added to your account for a late cancellation, and a $50.00 non-refundable fee will apply if the appointment is a “no-show.” These fees will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies arise, and our team is extremely sensitive to that. If a situation arises that prevents you from attending your appointment at the last minute, please always call us to discuss.
